The Westbury Civic Club does NOT guarantee ad placement location on interior pages.  All requests will be honored to the best of our ability, but it is not always possible.

Payment and Artwork Policies and Deadlines
Our policy is to receive payment and completed ad (pdf or jpeg) in advance for ads placed in the Crier. 
Payments are on a monthly basis.
Payment Policy:

• Due by the 15th of the month preceding the ad run month.  Invoices are emailed or mailed at the beginning of each month preceding the run date.  Example - The July Crier will be invoiced on June 1 and payment due on June 1
• Late Payment:  If we do not receive your payment before the invoice due date, your ad will not run in the CrierAd 

Artwork Policy:

• Digital format only, no hard copies.  Emailed to [email protected]
• Files should be in JPEG or PDF format
• Ad must be correct size to fit space​.
• Ad must be received no later than the 15th of the month preceding the print date.
