PRIORITY GOES IN ORDER OF THE ORIGINAL BOOTH REQUEST. Your spot will be lost if payment in not received within 24 hours of the payment request.
Once we have received your request, we will send you a payment link. Once payment is received, we will send you booth location and parking permits.
Booth Sale Information March 18 - Booths on sale to Westbury Civic Club members ONLY. This means you have ALREADY paid your 2025 WCC voluntary dues. You CANNOT pay your dues at the same time as booth. March 25 - Booths on sale to all Westbury residents. April 3 - Booths on sale to non-residents and groups/non-profits, etc.
**Booths are assigned by the WCC office. **You may NOT request a specific location. **Booth numbers will be assigned once payment is received. **Space is limited and likely to sell out. Once the booths are all reserved, we will create a waiting list.
Parking and Sale Information *Emails will be sent with all the sale information and parking permits after form and payment is received. *You MUST print out the parking permit in order to enter the lot. *Cars without permits will NOT be allowed. PLEASE make sure to print all documents.
What is a “Booth” A booth consists of TWO parking spaces—ONE for selling and ONE for parking your personal vehicle. One booth is $10. You may purchase up to 2 booths for a total of 4 parking spaces—two for selling and two for parking.
The parking spaces are standard size. You can fit quite a bit in one space.
Booths are assigned by the WCC on a first come first serve basis. You may NOT request a location in the parking lot.
Some booths the parking is next to your selling space (along the grass side) and others it is directly behind (center of lot). While we cannot guarantee booth placement, you may tell us your preference for side or center and we will try our best to accommodate.
